Packed Pack - Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in original condition, is damaged or missing parts, where that is not our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. Once your return has been inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund, along with our reasons.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account and processing times for your bank.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@packedpack.co.uk.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us using the contact page or send us an email at sales@packedpack.co.uk.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping returns
To return your product, send it to: Packed Pack Returns, PO BOX 13280, CHELMSFORD, CM1 9JU
You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
