Delivery for UK orders is  £2.50 for standard delivery and £3.50 for next day delivery.

Orders for Next Day Delivery need to be before 2pm. 

We do not offer worldwide shipping from our website – please visit our Etsy shop if you would like worldwide shipping.

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours.

We cannot guarantee delivery times, as this is placed in the hands of the delivery service however, we dispatch all UK orders via EVRi and estimate your order will be with you within 1-3 working days.

If your order includes out of stock items these will be refunded automatically to the method from which payment was taken, unless otherwise advised.

We send our orders in recycled cardboard boxes. We use recycled tissue paper, biodegradable packing peanuts, biodegradable air pouches, recycled shredded paper and re-usable cotton bags.

The labels and tapes used to close the parcel are recyclable, biodegradable and eco-friendly. 

Please recycle, re-use and compost packing where appropriate.

If you are not happy with your order or your goods are faulty, please let us know, and return to us, within 14 working days of receipt of your order.

Any faulty items will be replaced or refunded as agreed.

Please return goods in original packaging.
